Captain J.J. has reviewed these terms. He finds them reasonable. Compliance is expected.
The Captain wishes to state that these terms exist not to intimidate, but to establish order. A ship without rules is merely a floating argument. He has read every word of this document and approves it with four anchors — docked one for the necessity of legal language, which remains, in his view, entirely too much prose for what amounts to common sense.
By accessing or using TheMagicalNavigator.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
